The nature of dental treatment requires appointments with explicit amounts of time to allow us to complete your treatment to the high standards that we constantly strive to achieve. Once your appointment is scheduled please strive to keep your reserved time.
Should you need to change a scheduled appointment, we would appreciate the courtesy of being informed at least two full business days in advance. If your appointment is for a half or full day, we require at least 4 working days notice. SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATIONS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A FEE.
We file most insurance claims as a courtesy for you at no cost, and reimbursement will be directed to the plan subscriber. Please bring your insurance plan information with you including maximums. Due to the PIPEDA privacy consent act, we are unable to obtain information directly from your insurance company. Our knowledge on your plan is directly derived from the information which you provide the office with. We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled to. Remember, dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality care.
Due to the amount of time that we invest in your treatment, along with material and overhead costs, we have established a payment policy which is acceptable to most patients.
